Snack Recipe: Cinnamon Apple Cottage Cheese

You deserve a good snack, and this snack is both good for your health and your taste buds! Plus, it’s easy to assemble (which is always a bonus in my opinion), and only takes a few minutes. So without further ado, let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • A small bowl of cottage cheese (roughly 3/4 of a cup)
  • 1/4 apple, chopped¬†
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

As I mentioned before, this delicious snack only takes a few minutes and a couple of steps. All you need to do is chop up the apple into small pieces (you don’t want to overwhelm the cottage cheese), then mix it into the cottage cheese. Add in the cinnamon, stir, and you’re done!¬†

This is a great snack for earlier in the day or late at night, especially if you want something with just a hint of sweetness. I especially love having this with a cup of Popped Plot Twist for a delicious, savory pairing. Happy snacking!
