We are having an online tea party on April 2, 2021, in celebration of Hans Christian Andersen’s birthday. He was a Dutch writer born on April 2, 1805, and he gave us many of the fairy tales we grew up with. Just a few of the stories he wrote were “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” “The Little Mermaid,” “The Princess and the Pea,” “The Snow Queen,” “The Ugly Duckling,” and “Thumbelina.”
